Purpose of the Course:

This course aims to provide Air Traffic Control Officers [ATCOs] with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes required to manage air traffic within the approach control area, applying procedural approach control effectively and efficiently in accordance with ATC manual of Japan Civil Aviation Bureau (JCAB), Local (adjustment procedure, agreement, operations manual and operation procedure)

Learning Objectives:

• Control IFR arrival traffic 

• Control IFR departure traffic

Target Population:

Air Traffic Controllers(ATCOs) require approach control procedural rating
