Purpose of the Course:

The course will provide air traffic controllers with necessary theoretical knowledge, practical skills and attitudes to perform OJTI/STDI duties in unit training environment.

Learning Objectives:

Upon successful completion of the course, the participants will be able to:

• Apply planning procedures for training
• Organize required training environment and conditions
• Manage the trainee during training
• Conduct a training session
• Ensure safety and efficiency of the operation during training;
• Consider human factors principles during training
• Evaluate the trainee’s performance;
• Evaluate the efficiency of training

Air traffic controllers who hold or have held an ATC licence.
